A biological way of viticulture includes well-trained, skilled and quality-conscious winemakers. The most important are the natural elements and the soil. In order to be able to process minerals from the soil, a vine needs bacteria. If these are worked with chemical pesticides, these minerals can no longer be absorbed and there are fewer or no specific characteristics to be detected which is detrimental to the taste, of course.
   
Organic viticulture is based on the following elements; Environmentally and nature-friendly cultivation of crops with only biological means, no chemical or synthetic means (GMOs), no fertilizer but organic manure and no mechanical weed removal but continue to circumvent and plow the earth so that it gets the most oxygen.
   
This allows the roots to get more power and space so they can send more flavor.
