The initials EA stand for Eugenio de Almeida, the founder of the winery Cartuxa.

The perfect wine with red (grilled) meat and roast beef
Grapes: Alicante Bouchet, Trincadeira, Aragonez, Syrah
When the grapes reach the correct ripeness point, they are carefully harvested and taken to the winery, where they are fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 24 to 27ºC. After fermentation, the wine is filtered, stabilized and bottled for immediate consumption.
