Clear, ruby colour. Expressive aroma with wild fruit notes and light balsamic. Merges the elegance and concentration, with good acidity and silky tannins. The finish is long and persistent.

Grapes : 100% Baga
The grapes were harvested and crushed by hand. Indigenous yeast guided fermentation and manual pumping over. The press was an old vertical press. Aged for approximately 24 months in used 225 L French oak barrels and a further 12 in the bottle. Underwent light filtration, so some deposits may form with aging.
