The Justino's 10 year old Verdelho is a semi-dry white madeira made from only Verdelho grapes. Amber gold in color. Very delicate, fruity aroma with some floral notes. Long, dry finish with hints of honey and orange peel.
Food-pairing
It is excellent as an aperitif. It goes well with serrano ham, smoked game, garlic stewed mushrooms, pâtés and nuts such as almonds and walnuts
