Goes very well with strong cheeses such as Roquefort, blue cheeses & Portuguese Serra (Portuguese sheep's cheese).
It can also be served with fruit or chocolate desserts, and goes well with a good cigar

Store & Serve
Store horizontally, at a constant temperature away from intense direct light. Since this wine is still maturing in the bottle, sediment can form over time, so that the wine has to be decanted before consumption.
After decanting, the wine will quickly reach its peak and is best consumed during the day.
