Highly concentrated red wine, with balsamic notes and aromas of ripe red forest fruit and a hint of toast. A very fresh red wine, with a subtle spiciness and a persistent taste reminiscent of red fruit, complemented by a mild vegetable flavor in the complex aftertaste

After a 14-day fermentation with very little extraction, the grapes ripen for about 18 months in 2nd year French oak barrels
