This is a wine with a lovely bright salmon colour. It's very aromatic and fresh with fruity notes of strawberry's and wild berries. On the palate it's flavourful again with notes of strawberries and raspberries well combined with an excellent acidity and minerality typical from Lisbon wine region.

ideal as an aperitif with fish and light dishes with white meat
Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon , Castelão
Total destemming followed by crushing and pressing, using only the tear must. After pressing, the fermentation occured with temperature control at 10º C - 12º C.
