Intense lemon yellow with green highlights. On the nose this complex wine reveals unusual and exuberant aromas of white stone fruit supported by a clear minerality and subtle notes of vanilla. On the palate, gritty, remarkable volume in the mouth, elegantly balanced and ending in a beautiful persistent freshness that lasts.
Excellent with spicy foods, baked fish, grilled white meat, stews and soft cheeses
Grapes: 100 % Alvarinho
Manual harvested in small boxes of max. 25kg. Complete destemming, maceration of the skins before fermentation. Pressing of the must
grapes at a pressure of 0.8 bar. Natural settling by static decantation for 24 hours.
Ferments In stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 17° Celsius (62°F) until the sugars are completely broken down. Matures In stainless steel tanks on fine lees, until bottling (4 months).
