A lemon-yellow in color and some grenish tones white wine. Exuberant tropical fruit, especially mango and papaya stand out, citrus, touch of vanilla and floral tones.
On the palate, fruity, fresh, pleasant volume in the mouth, demonstrating a fine and delicate structure followed by a persistent finish.
Excellent as an appetizer or in the company of starters and seafood
Grapes: 30% Viosinho, 40% Gouveio, 30% Arinto
manually destemmed before entering the cellar, fermentation in stainless steel vats for 3 weeks at 15 °C.
Aged for 6 months in french oak barrels (20% new, 80% used) with a weekly battonage
