Grapes from a 1 ha plot in Soutelo do Douro, with Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinto Cão.
Macération pellicular, fermentation in small stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and maceration after the fermentation for 3 months. Malolactic fermentation. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
