Perfect with grilled fatty fish dishes such as salmon and seafood, oysters or lobster au gratin, roasted white meat dishes such as salad chicken with almonds. Also delicious with asparagus in butter sauce
Grapes: Alvarinho, Gouveio
50% in stainless steel, 50% in wooden barrels (partly new), no malolactic fermentation. Wine matures in the same recipients as during fermentation
