On the palate, it is fresh and refreshing, with a light salinity and a citrusy finish. Contos da Terra literally means "Stories of the Earth" — and that is exactly what this wine is, the story of a family that fought for its place in the Douro, of a grandfather whose dream never came true, and of children who wrote that story after all.
