Macération péllicular for 24 hours at 10 °C. Alcoholic fermentation at a changing temperature between 14-18 ° C for 28 days and regular battonage. 50% of the batch ages in stainless stainless steel barrels and 50% in French oak barrels for 6 months

Frutos amarelos, notas de minerais, muito ligeiras compotas e folhagens. Muito equilibrado na boca, com acidez fresca e ligeira salinidade. Termina longo, agridoce, muito apelativo. Um branco sério e bonito. Para um peixe assado no forno.
