A white wine with a light and bright golden color. Nose of yellow flowers and acacia flower, aromas of citrus and pears, vanilla and minerality. Boiled white fruit on the palate, bold, broad, voluminous, lively acidity to the citrus and unctuous refreshing long finish. A wine that will evolve very well, with citrus and floral notes and light oil aromas reminiscent of a good Riesling. Small production of about 900 bottles.

Delicious with roasted fish in the oven, cod-fish, shellfish, sushi and also soft sheep cheese

Sercialinho planted on sandy soils is a cross between Sercial of Madeira and Alvarinho, fermented and aged for 4 months in French oak barrels
