The white port wine has not been around for as long as the red port, the first white port wine came on the market in 1935. In addition to a number of dry, white port wines, including the top brand Quinta Sao Luiz (a dry, white port with a minimum of 20 years of wood aging!), Kopke also has a gentle, white port; the Kopke Fine White.
