Herdade Grande Rosé is a half dry, fresh, clear and brilliant pink with salmon-colored wine with a very attractive red hue, soft aromas of strawberries, cherries and citrus. Soft in the mouth with flavors of red fruits. Acidity is mild to medium - ideal for drinking as a refreshing aperitif.

The ideal aperitif, a must on any occasion or party, even on hot days and nights the perfect wine.
Pasta, fish dishes, seafood and Asian dishes, including Japanese cuisine.
Grapes:
25% Aragonês, 25% Touriga Nacional, 50% Trincadeira
Manual harvest followed by sorting table. Fully destemmed
and exposed to slight crushing. Must is sorted andonly the
“Tête de Cuvée” is used. A 48-hour static decanting
process at low temperatures is followed by fermentation in
temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
