As is well known, only the best wines of a particular vintage are used for a vintage port, whose high quality is clearly established, in this case from 1995. The wine is fortified in the traditional way and ages further in the bottle, unlike to the Late Bottled Vintage, which undergoes a long barrel aging prior to bottling
