Red meat includes all the meat of mammals such as beef, pork, sheep, goat and horse. But also game such as deer, hare, duck, goose and wild boar fall under red meat. steak and ground meat also belong to red meat. Poultry meat (chicken fillet, broiler chicken, guinea fowl and turkey) is then white meat, also the meat of young mammals such as calves, lambs and piglets is traditionally considered white meat
