Delicious with poultry, meat, smoked sausage, cheese and certain types of fish
Grapes: Touriga Nacional 40%, Jaen 30%, Alfrocheiro 15%, Tinta Roriz 15%
Some of the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks and the rest in French oak barrels for about 4 to 6 months
