A very complex and mineral white wine with a good acidity. A floral balanced aroma. In the mouth exotic fruit such as pineapple. Good volume in the aftertaste. Who knows the Encruzado grape variety knows which great white wines from the Dao are made with it ! It are wines like this that truly inspire.

Ideal as an aperitif, delicious with oily fish, cheeses, pork and veal and with the BBQ
Grapes: Encruzado 40%, Cerceal 21%, Malvasia Fina 18%, Bical 12% & Verdelho 9%
The grapes are fermented in a mixture of old oak and concrete, and then aged in concrete tank
