An aromatic white wine, with fine aromas, rich in white fruit. Made clear to drink immediately, but you can safely keep some bottles in the cellar. Limited production of 4,000 bottles.
Food pairing
Ideal with seafood, grilled fish, smoked dishes and white meat.
Grapes: 50% Encruzado, 50 Malvasia
The Encruzado is a typical grape variety from the Dão region: balanced, aromatic and gives a long life to the wine. Malvasia adds an aromatic and smooth exuberance. The vine is grown within an integrated protection program: the use of herbicides is prohibited. Pest control is carried out by tillage. Grape picking is done by hand, variety by variety, when the ideal ripening point is reached,
normally between the second half of September and the first half of October. The harvest is collected in small boxes of 10 kg.
