This organic white wine has a fragrant and elegant nose, a beautiful minerality and aromas of lime and grapefruit. A excellent structure and minerality, a smooth yet slightly crisp taste. The perfect alternative to the Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay wines that are now widely represented.
Food pairing
perfect with seafood (oysters, calamari, marinated mussels, avocado with shrimp, etc), Caldo Verde and Asian dishes.
Grapes: 100% Loureiro
Manual harvest, pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Cold decanting of the must for 48 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature 10/15ºC for 12 to 15 days. Aging in contact with lees for about 7 months in a stainless steel vat at controlled temperature.
