Clear lemon white wine with greenish notes. Lush on the nose with tropical notes, exotic fruit, passion fruit, lime and orange blossom. On the palate, the many aromatic notes are nicely integrated into an excellent acidity. Alive, fresh and very enjoyable.

Grapes: 100% Fernão Pires
Careful selection of the best grapes through manual harvest. All the grapes of the day are destemmed, crushed and pressed. Natural fermentation at 10 ºC for 48 hours to clarify the must and enhance the aromatic expression of the grape varieties. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats at 15 º / 16 ºC for 6 to 10 days. Final fermentation at 20 ºC. Daily bâtonnage.
