Ideal for drinking neat as an aperitif or with more elaborate fish dishes, smoked fish, white meat or poultry dishes.
Grapes: 100% Encruzado
The grapes arrived at the winery in 20 kg boxes and were unloaded into the pneumatic press. After the whole bunch was pressed, the must underwent static decantation at a low temperature for 24 hours. It was then transferred to a stainless steel tank where fermentation began. Midway through fermentation, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels, where it fermented at 19°C for 20 days. Part of the wine fermented and aged for about six months in new French oak barrels of varying capacities. During this six-month period, the wine was subjected to frequent stirring of the fine lees, to increase the sensation of volume in the mouth and to combine its aromas with those of the wood. The remaining portion fermented and aged in stainless steel vats, contributing to greater balance in the fine blend.
Store & Serve
Store in a cool, dry place. Serve between 12ºC-14ºC.

Branco elaborado exclusivamente a partir de uvas Encruzado, com fermentação e posterior estágio de 30% do vinho em barricas de carvalho francês durante 6 meses. Fluido e gostoso de beber, apresenta frutas brancas e de caroço acompanhad as de notas florais e de ervas, tudo em meio a uma acidez vigorosa e textura firme. Tem bom corpo e final persistente, com toques salinos, cítricos, de pêssegos e de frutos secos. Para as carnes de porco grelhadas.
