This dry wine is made according to the traditional way. The first fermentation took place for 3 weeks in stainless steel barrels, during which battonage was also used. Then undergo the 2nd fermentation for 4 weeks in the bottle in dark, cool cellars. Then 9 months of further maturation until disgorgement.
