A Portuguese quality sparkling wine with 2nd fermentation in the bottle, ie. the classical method. light straw yellow in color. Fine excellent shaped bubbles. An aroma of macerated fruit, fresh herbs and some sweet pastries. In the mouth an additional subtle taste of fresh flowers. In the aftertaste again large amounts of macerated fruit and some floral notes. An average persistence aftertaste.
Food-Pairing
The aperitif at all festive events, also delicious with all kinds of sweet desserts.
Grapes: Malvasia Fina, Chardonnay, Cercial, Pinot Noir, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional
