A sparkling wine with a brilliant golden color. An aroma of melon, tropical fruit, light roasted notes and minerality. Velvety, round taste with some buttery tones. Persistent fine bubbles, soft in taste and a delicate, long fresh finish.

 

Food pairing 

Ideal as an aperitif. Also great with fruits de mer, grilled fish and white meat.

  

Grapes: 100% Arinto 

4 months aging on oak
