This dry sparkling wine is golden straw yellow in color. A floral and fruity aroma, such as apple. Features a fresh, creamy and dry persistent finish.

 

Food-Pairing   

Excellent as an aperitif, also delicious with foie gras, rabbit with plums, desserts, salads, white meat dishes, pasta, hors d'oeuvres and fish.

Grapes:  Malvasia Fina 33% Cercial 34% Gouveio Real 33%

The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the traditional champagne or classic method.
