Cartuxa 100% Extra Virgin olive oil is an olive oil of superior quality, mainly extracted from green olives, which are responsible for the "full" character of this olive oil". The olives of the Picual variety bring freshness, the Arbequina and Cobrançosa bring a delicate and complex combination of fruit aromas, green tomatoes and almonds, and a very subtle touch of green leaves and grass.

This fruity and soft olive oil, slightly bitter and spicy, can be used in cooked dishes with fresh white fish and seafood, salads, pasta, rice and desserts
