Subject to a careful production method in which, when the fermentation is finished, the vinegar is placed in oak barrels in order to benefit from the aromas of the wood and the wines that have previously been there.
A clear and ruby color, acetic aroma of vinegar, with notes of wood. Soft and tasty with a long finish, it is a precious condiment to season special dishes such as salads, sauces and baked goods.
