Great elegance and uniqueness, with an intoxicating complexity of dried fruits, white chocolate, nutmeg and raisins in amaretto. On the palate runs a fine sweetness of maple syrup, walnuts and orange jam. It's smooth and incredibly complex with beautifully intertwined flavors, the only thing missing is a lukewarm apple strudel with vanilla sauce, which Tiago so coveted and warmly recommends.
