Store & Serve
Store horizontally at a constant temperature of 12 ° C.
Decant for a couple of hours or so to bring the wine at its best. Serve at 18 ° C. Can be kept for up to 2 days after opening
All these wines can be drunk after bottling, but they improve considerably through bottle ripening. Over time, a sediment forms in the bottle. This is why it is advisable to decant them before serving. In the beginning of the ripening the color is almost black, the aroma complex, extremely fruity and floral. The taste is strong and tannic, very structured and penetrating. Slowly but surely, these wines change color and their specific characteristics are further accentuated.
