Deep, dark looking red wine. Aromatically, the aromas of wild berries, blackberry and raspberry stand out, as well as notes of flowering mustard and spice. It presents solidity and presence in the mouth, it is chunky and elegant, balanced and full of flavor in the long finish.

the perfect ally for a rich and well-seasoned cuisine. Excellent choice with a plate of typical Portuguese intense cheeses, sausages or a rich red meat dish.

Grapes: 100% Alfrocheiro

After manual harvesting and careful selection of the berries, the destemmed grapes were fermented at a controlled temperature, in 5000 L French oak barrels. They were aged for over 18 months in the same barrels until bottling.
