This Cabriz Tinto Biológico is an organic ruby red wine with purple reflections and aromas of fresh red fruit. The taste is full, smooth and fruity with an elegant aftertaste.

Delicious with Mediterranean, Chinese and Indian dishes, mature cheeses, chicken, red meat, rich vegetarian and fish dishes and pastas.
Grapes: 50% Tinta Roriz (Aragonez) & 50% Touriga Nacional
The destemmed grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks, where the must is stirred regularly. The wine ages 18 months in stainless steel and then 3 months in the bottle.
