The harvest of the different varieties is carried out at the stage of ideal ripening. Manual harvest in boxes of 15 Kg. Manual selection on carpet of your choice. After de-stalking and crushing, vinification in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, with maceration appropriate to its characteristics. After malolactic fermentation, part of the wines obtained from Touriga Nacional and Alfrocheiro Preto mature in French oak barrels of different ages, and the rest in stainless steel barrels.
