This red wine has a bright ruby color, intense aromas of ripe red fruits and sweet vanilla. The whole is quite complex and elegant. In the mouth it has a medium body, with very fine tannins and fresh acidity and a bit of austerity. A nice aftertaste.

Serve this refined wine with red (grilled) Meat dishes & Roast Beef as well as with Deer, Moose, Elk, Caribou
Grapes: 50% Touriga Nacional, 25% Alfrocheiro, 25% Tinta Roriz
The grape varieties are fermented separately and the resulting wine then ripens for 10 to 12 months in new French oak barrels. Before it is put on the market, it spends at least 6 months in the bottle
