A dark, powerful, wood-ripened red wine with a big role for the acids: these keep the wine slim and lively. A complex, full-bodied wine with a fruity style, where the acidity is in balance with the firm tannins. A red wine that certainly benefits from a further ripening in the bottle

Delicious with seasoned red meat dishes, pigeon, lamb and game dishes, and hard cheeses

 

Grapes : Touriga Nacional , Cabernet Sauvignon  & Touriga Franca 

malolactic fermentation, matures 12 months in French and American oak barrels 

  

Store & Serve

Serve at 16-18°C. Drink 8 to 10 years after harvest year
