This Trincadeira, one of the four monocépages of Esporão, is a ripe wine, full of red berry fruits and soft tannins. Herbaceous and mineral notes, in a lighter style, but no less complex, unusual for Alentejo wines, but very welcome. They are real collectors items and a pleasure for every wine lover

Food pairing

Excellent wine for soft cheeses, pork, lamb, and poultry (eg turkey). Meals may contain paprika, pepper or other sweet herbs. Delicious with a plate of charcuterie or Italian salami such as coppa. Can also perfectly with Paella with chicken, shellfish and saffron
