The best of the best ! A masterful red wine with an enormous aromatic depth and great elegance. Ruby coloured, with notes and aromatic intensity of ripe fruit with light toasting, which makes the whole very elegant and harmonious. In the mouth it is voluminous, with notes of pepper and ripe fruit. The soft and firm tannins guarantee it personality and a long life. Wine that deserves a careful tasting, without haste.

14 months of aging in new French oak barrels followed by eight months in the bottle
The winery has been around since 1808. But it was only with the construction of a completely underground winery (the only one in Europe) that a new wind came into the old company. Production was consequently switched to quality viticulture. The aim is plants with finesse, transparency and complexity, for which the slopes at an altitude of 450 meters provide ideal conditions. 26 ha of vines are in production (11 ha white, 15 ha red). In addition to French noble vines, the varietal range also includes local varieties, which are a perfect complement with their in no way inferior quality.
