Grapes: 10% Touriga Franca, 10% Touriga Nacional, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Syrah, 40% Alicante Bouschet
Manual harvest at night with selection of the grapes at the sorting table. Fermentation in stainless steel vats, of small dimensions, with
temperature control to maintain all elegance. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels (80% French and 20% American), followed by the same period in bottle.
