This is a spicy, structured wine. Black currant and plenty of acidity from the cool mountain vineyards give an attractively balanced wine. In the mouth this red wine is a powerful with a nice balance between acidity and tannins.

Casca Wines is the personal project of two winemakers, Frederico Gomes and Hélder Cunha, who decided to create a quality Portuguese brand. A project that only works with the best grapes from each region and attempts to renew Portugal's unique tradition in winemaking

The wine goes perfectly with daily meals, pizza, pasta, grilled chicken.
