Deep ruby red color, expressive aromas  of plums and ripe cherries, with notes of cocoa and spices. Excellent mouth volume and a long strikingly delicious aftertaste

   

Food pairing 

Pairs very well with light grilled meats like lamb or piglet 

  

Grapes: 60% Touriga Nacional, 20% Castelão 20% Alicante  Bouschet  

Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Aged 12 months in French and American oak halfbarrels.

     

Store & Serve  

Serve at 16-18°C. Can be stored for up to 6 years
