Ideal with grilled oily fish dishes such as salmon and seafood, oysters or lobster au gratin, roasted white meat dishes such as salad chicken with almonds. Fried plaice fillet, pork tenderloin in cream sauce
Grapes: 20% Alvarinho, 40% Loureiro & 40% Avesso
Grapes come from vineyards along the River Minho, at low altitudes, with a high content of pebbles in the soil. All grapes are deprived and receive a short maceration, followed by a slow fermentation at low temperatures

Muito centrado nas notas de maçã verde, bem típicas da casta, também algum sílex e ameixa verde, num perfil bastante expressivo e puro. O vinho é super equilibrado e estaladiço, com tudo no sítio certo, e de final bem saboroso e longo. Será muito interessante perceber onde vai chegar com o tempo.
