This is a sweet wine whose fermentation is stopped by cooling. This retains some more sugars and gives the wine its soft, sweet taste. Somewhat comparable to the sweet Moselle Riesling wines. Delicious sweetness, fruity, with a delicious acidity and a hint of anise.
