This white wine expresses the character and elegance of the country where it has been born, and it takes us on a journey back in time to discover the aromas and flavors of the foothills of Serra da Estrela, just as in former times. Deep, full of character, pure fruit, floral notes, fennel, ginger, wet granite. Fresh, salty, sleek, elegant and full of power. Asks for another glass. Tasty, intense and long mineral aftertaste. A limited production of 3,400 bottles

this wine will goes wonderfully well with fish, poultry or white meat dishes and is an excellent ally of cheese

Grapes: Field blend with amongs others, Siria, Fernão Pires, Bical, Arinto, Cerceal

After a gentle pressing, the wine was clarified for 3 days without the use of enzymes or other products. Matures for 18 months, partly in 500-liter barrels and partly in stainless steel
