The perfect wine with dried fruit and Iberian tapas
Grapes: 40% Antão Vaz 40% Verdelho 20% Encruzado
In the cellar the grapes are destemmed and the skins are soaked briefly for extra fragrance intensity. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and at a controlled temperature. This way the wine retains its pure fruit flavours. Finally, the Art.Terra matures for three months 'sur lie', or on the yeasts, for a little extra flavor intensity.
