Grapes: 45% Rabigato, 20% Viosinho, 15% Arinto, 12% Códega do Larinho, 5% Gouveio, 3% Moscatel
The grapes used for this wine come from the Douro Superior sub-region, in particular from Quinta da Leda, and from winegrowers with vineyards that prefer northern and high altitudes. The optimal point of ripening of grapes and acidity was rigorously controlled. After gentle crushing and de-zipping, the grapes were transferred to stainless steel tanks. After the last fermentation, a maturation time of 6 months followed in stainless steel tanks. To maintain the highest possible quality, the wine was only subjected to light clarification and filtering prior to bottling
