A clear lemon yellow white wine. A fresh and intense aroma of citrus, meadow flowers as well as some minerality. Dry and elegant. Fruity and balanced acidity with a typical strength of the sunny region "Douro Verde" - the most southern part of the Vinho Verde, where the vineyards also benefit from the warmer climate of the Douro.

Food-Pairing

Ideal as an aperitif in the company of friends and family, delicious with grilled fish and seafood and with various hors d'oeuvre.

Vinification

Hand-picked, parcel by parcel, so that the right grapes can be harvested at the right time. Transport in small boxes. Fermentation is done with a controlled temperature in stainless steel barrels. Aging sur lie until mid January.
