A citrus-colored white wine with aromas of white fruits and vegetables of Sauvignon Blanc, light smoked and some toasted bread. Wide mouth and complexity of the good maturation of Alvarinho and vibrant freshness of Arinto. Persistent finish.
Food-Pairing
A white wine with a great culinary diversity. Delicious with fresh fish dishes, sushi and salads. Sublime with traditional meat dishes, game, and oriental aromatic spiced dishes
Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc 20%, Alvarinho 40% & Arinto 40%
The grapes of Alvarinho, Arinto and Sauvignon Blanc were harvested during the fresh morning of the hillside of Serra d ́Ossa; Macerated 24 hours before being destemmed and pressed. Fermentation takes place individually for each variety at low temperatures and the Arinto variety (40% of the blend) in new French oak barrels, with a 4-month aging period with battonnage. After aging in an underground cellar under excellent conditions of humidity and temperature, the batch is finished, filtered and bottled young, in order to maintain all the fruit and freshness.
