Grapes: 15% Roupeiro, 20% Perrum (Palomino Fino), 5% Alvarinho, 60% Antão Vaz
Manual harvest followed by a precise selection of the grapes on the sorting table. After the fermentation process in clay amphorae and skin contact and stems, at controlled temperatures, the wine is transferred to smaller clay amphorae, where it is further aged for 6 months on fine lees and is stirred regularly before bottling.
